Examples:
A pro:
-New Jersey residents cross state lines to get raw milk

A student:
-Barefoot runners in Pitman

Requirements of the assignment:
-maximum of 2 minutes
-no narration or voice over
-must contain at least one interview
-must contain b-roll
-must be shot using the guidelines we covered in class (steady, rule of thirds, avoid pans and zooms, etc)
-must be edited using the guidelines we covered in class (clean transitions, no jump cuts, one idea)

Tools and Technology:
-Camera
-Editing software (iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut, etc)
-Posted to YouTube or Vimeo

My name is Nick DiUlio, a freelance writer and editor from New Jersey.
